Challenge

When manual processes could no longer meet the requirements of B2B sales operations

Before implementing Cogover, Goldsun faced a series of challenges specific to the B2B packaging manufacturing industry. Orders were complex, and every error had the potential to cause losses worth tens of billions of VND.

  • Lengthy quotation time, from one week to one month: Pricing in the packaging industry is highly complex, involving planned prices, standard costs, and market prices. Each quotation often had to wait for technical drawings and demo samples, which slowed down customer response time compared to competitors.
  • Long B2B sales cycle with multiple stages: The process moved from prospecting → offering → quotation and sampling → contract signing → long-term customer care → repeat orders. Without a system to control this process, sales teams could easily lose track of customers along the way.
  • Major losses caused by quality and delivery issues: Errors in quantity, print quality, and delivery timelines could result in significant losses. Customer complaints occurred, but there was no systematic way to control, classify, and manage them.
  • Sales team management lacked data: KPI tracking, revenue performance, and target completion were still managed largely based on estimation. The leadership team spent significant time consolidating manual reports and lacked a visual dashboard for performance tracking.
