Because Cogover products are software and online services, there is no physical goods delivery activity.
After customers complete registration and payment, if applicable, Cogover will provide the service through one of the following methods:
For trial accounts: the system may be activated immediately after successful registration.
For paid service packages: the service activation time is based on the agreement between Cogover and the customer and is specified in detail in the contract.
In the event of technical issues or other objective factors, service delivery time may be extended. Cogover will proactively notify customers when such issues arise.
After customers complete payment, Cogover will send transaction confirmation by email and provide an electronic invoice based on the customer’s registered information, if invoice issuance is requested, in accordance with applicable law.
